The following is mainly a visual cheat sheet on how to use
"iceditor'. When one uses this program only
now and again, navigation through the menus can get a little
frustrating. Graphics can come in handy
at times to point out where to look.
A more
complete set of templates can be found here. A bandgap with a
CMOS inverter is used as an example
to go from a Spice netlist, on to a layout, then on to design rule
checking (drc), then on to geometry extraction,
then on to layout vs schematic (LVS), and last on to generating a GSII
stream file. Every file used for all stages
in this example are included on this one web page.
